1.  Products recall
 
1.1  Definition
 
Products recall means products must be return to us for changing or refunding because of the quality issues; order or ship the wrong items.
 
1.2  Expense approval
 
If the responsibility is on our side, we’ll assume the fee of recall and changing after discussion and reach a consensus with you.
 
If you choose to cancel the order finally, we’ll assume the expense.
 
If the responsibility is on your side, we’ll assist you in solving problems actively, but you need to assume the related expense.
 
1.3  Particular illustration
 
Before you arrange to return the products, you should confirm the Performa invoice, amount declared, return address and delivery method with our sales. If you return the products back without confirmation, our company has right to refuse to arrange repair treatment for you.
 
2. Product Warranty 2.1 Definition
 
Product Warranty means during the warranty period, products with non-artificial damages and can’t fix it by-self under remote maintenance suggestion (remote maintenance guide; provide repair parts), so products must be return to repair.
Products with artificial damages are out of warranty scope, even though it’s during the warranty period.
 
At present, the hardware sold by HCC (except consumable), the warranty period is 12 months from leaving the factory (except artificial damages).If you need extend the period, you need to negotiate with us specially and pay the after-sales service on your own.
 
2.2  Expense approval
 
According to the clauses of product warranty, during the warranty time, each side will pay one way freight fee.

3. Products Maintenance
 
3.1 Definition
 
Products Maintenance means beyond the warranty period or during the period, product with artificial damages but can’t fix it by-self under remote maintenance suggestion (remote maintenance guide; provide repair parts), so products must be return to repair.
 
3.2 Expense approval
 
According to the clauses of products maintenance, beyond the warranty period, we have to charge expense of spare parts and labor, also you need to pay both ways freight fee and other importation fees.
 
3.3 Particular illustration
 
Before you arrange to return the products, you should confirm the Performa invoice, amount declared, return address and delivery method with our sales. If you return the products back without confirmation, our company have right to refuse to arrange repair treatment for you.
